Star Wars Celebration 2015

Adding to our ever growing list of amazing event coverage, we had the fortunate opportunity to shoot at the annual Star Wars Celebration, this year held at the Anaheim Convention Center. The four day event took place the third weekend in April and was a huge event. Completely sold out, the fan celebration featured everything from props and replicas from the original Star Wars trilogy to every bit of the expanded Star Wars universe - kicking off with a live streamed panel featuring not only director JJ Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy but the featured members of the upcoming episode seven, Star Wars, the Force Awakens as well as the original cast, including Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew and Anthony Daniels.

A variety of very creative cosplayers came out in droves as well as fans from all over the world. The convention featured classic props from the original movies, costumes and teasers for the upcoming movie and everything in between. Even the new Stormtrooper uniforms were available for pre-sale, from the well-known prop and replica company Anovos

A complete replica of the Mos Eisley Cantina was one of the most popular attractions.

We were so glad to shoot this event for Wikia this year and look forward to hopefully being able to attend next year's event in London, England.
